Absolutely excellent service from Ana and entire store staff! Stopped in 1/2 hour before close to quickly look around for a gift. Staff not only welcomed me & introduced themselves, but also offered to help by suggesting some great/unique gift ideas - even giving me a brief tour of the store (very helpful!) I ended up purchasing some wall art which they personalized for the recipient by engraving it on their laser machine -it was beautifully done & ready in less than 20 minutes! Even though the store was near closing, Ana very kindly insisted on gift wrapping the item for me before I left —“just to help make my day easier!”… I was not expecting to receive this level of service… & certainly never would’ve expected such care from staff near closing time. Wonderful experience! Thanks Ana & team for your truly exceptional...

I had the privilege to be served by a very special young man with amazing integrity! I finally found this place to emboss my Bibles which I purchased elsewhere. Nelo told me upfront that he wasn't experienced enough yet to do it and would I like to come back when the other employee was on schedule. Because I had driven 45 minutes to get there, I didn't want to come back again. I laughingly told him to try, after all how will he get the experience? As it turned out, it didn't turn out to his satisfaction. I told him it's fine! First he wanted to pay me for the bible. Then he refused to take my payment for embossing. When I insisted, he admitted that he had already run his personal credit card in payment for me!! He "didn't want the company to get a bad reputation"! Needless to say I...

This is very small store PACKED with stuff! They only had 2 different boxes of Easter Card and this store is NOT HANDICAPPED friendly. I called and the young man promptly arrived at the door to let me in because it's not an automatic door. I use a mobility scooter, at the front entrance there was a stack of boxes about 4.5 feet high and 5 feet wide. The ailse were extremely narrow, had large displays at the ends so turning was perilous at best. This store is very difficult to navigate even in my small narrow scooter. I will not be back as I didn't have a good experience. If your require assistance with mobility ,wheelchair scooter or walker this is not a good place to shop. I'd rather shop online at Christianbookstore.com and pay the $4.99...
