Sno Biz — Local services in Meridian

I visited Sunday with my kids .I ordered 3 snow cones. The little girl made my son's snow cone wrong I asked them to please re make it .They absolutely refused to remake it. I said they made a mistake and needed to remake it they said it was against the rules and once its made that's it they can't re make it .At this point my 5 year old son is crying. So I just get the owners number (whom I called and never received a phone call back from) and had to BUY another snow cone for my son. The girls inside were smart mouthed and rude. I have never in my life encountered such poor customer service. I understand not re making if someone doesn't like the flavor or whatever but when an employee makes a mistake it should...

I will never go back! My husband ordered a coffee ice cream, after being told it was a little melty he was fine with getting it. Once received it was a little melty but that was not the issue, it was sticky like grossness. He said he hated to do this but he couldn’t eat it (my husband isn’t one to complain) he asked if they could replace it with something else, they said they would have to charge us again for something different. Seriously, you give nasty ice cream and then we have to purchase a different one. He just let them throw it away and took the loss. Never again! I thought this place was better than that. Sad they can’t afford to correct the situation, too money hungry. Won’t be getting...

Every time we pull into that parking lot, my kids start cheering like we just won the lottery. (Honestly, I’m not far behind them.) The colors, the flavors, the mountain of shaved ice it’s basically happiness served in a cup.
