I used to love going to this store when I lived in Mesa. It's been quite a while since I've been to this store. I've never had a problem at this store until frequently. I came with intentions to purchase clothes for my family and other random things. After being there for about an hour and having a full shopping cart I figured I'd leave my cart at the end of the aisle to make it easier for me to look in the men's section of clothes towards the front of the store. I figured it would be easier. I was no more than 20 feet away from my cart. So after a few minutes I return for my cart as I was done looking in that section. To my surprise, my cart was gone. I start walking around to see if I left it somewhere else as I had started doubting myself as far as where I had left it. I walk to the only cashier that was checking people out and ask her if she'd seen my cart. She knew exactly where the cart was and told me is that it right there and points to my cart that is now been moved where the cashier's are with the door closed behind it. I tell her a couple things and asked for my cart back. This was unacceptable! I had noticed their A.P. watching me the whole time I had been shopping. I really didn't care as I wasn't doing anything wrong. I am a hard working individual that works for everything that I own and doesn't steal. Apparently, I had been profiled and their genius associates thought I would not pay the $400 in merchandise or something. To keep this politically correct, I will just say that they heard me speak many words as I expressed how they'd just offended me. They really need to hire some new A.P. that aren't trying to be super rent a cops and mess with everyone. Maybe hiring an intellectual individual for that position would help. I forgot to mention the 1 cashier that just hung out in the womans shoe department trying to look busy so she wouldn't have to check anyone out. This store has gone down the drain. I used to actually frequently talk to some of the asset protection guys and many of the associates as I was always there and they knew me well. Because of their Poor management, slow cashiers, a.p. that has no clue what they're doing. I will not be a returning customer. Save yourself the headache and just shop...
Read moreIt has been all the time the worst ever experience in every sense of the word your customer service is extremely poor extremely terrible unfortunately it's the closest store to me but this is the last time I visit you I will definitely go to Ross or Walmart from now on I can't believe that I've waited in line 20 minutes to see the cashier there was only two cashiers for like 20 people in line and when I got to the cashier both of them work on their cell phones and after 20 minutes or 25 minutes in front of them I told them drop the phone do your work and they just looked at me and kept on talking to their friends how about a party or God knows what I wish I would have been the manager and fired them on the spot but then again one of them was the manager I think so I don't know what you're going to do about this most likely nothing as usual all I can tell you is it I left without paying I left all the cart full of stuff the gentleman behind to me he had his car completely full even at the bottom and the lady behind him also left there were like 10 people behind me and everyone was complaining well your Cashiers are on the damn phone what's wrong with you people if you don't do anything about it are you know what forget it I'm seem to going to speak to the regional manager if it's necessary to the CEO because this is the most terrible place to go shopping terrible experience I will never...
