How does Diana even still work here?!!! 😠 So many complaints about this woman.

Literally had to ask to see someone else so I didn’t have to be verbally assaulted and mocked by her again, which was never taken care of by management.

Just wow. Do better.

I will not even come to this location when desperate and in the area.

Customer Service was so wonky and unprofessional. The girl that help me couldn’t tell me about live rosin vapes at all and spoke in a condescending way trying to “educate” me about the flower I was asking about. She couldn’t handle serving me and literally tapped out mid service, without saying anything and another employee took over like nothing happened. I even asked him what just happened here? This is a medical facility!! I’m astounded by lack of professionalism & customer service training at this location. I will definitely making the extra 8 mile round trip out of my way up the road for the North Miami impeccable...

Update unfortunately I had a person who handled my order that was not that great with customer service. I was on a audio morning meeting with my ear buds in which besides me saying good morning it was me listening as I was paying for my order. He said no phone use which I apologized and said that it was a mandatory meeting and I figured that would suffice. After my order was paid he went into again and said there's no cell phone talking and I already understood him the first time and he went on to say there's cameras watching. Soooo what? The sign at the door says no photos or videos nothing about a private phone conversation he couldn't hear. Lowering my experience to a 3 from a 5 . Someone should give customer service tutorials to this person. From another experience.....Excellent service from checking in to checking out. No wait as it is fully staffed.
