Came in to return/exchange an item two days after it was bought (unused). An employee then yelled at me and my friend and rudely told us to come back at 12 am because the manager would be here. We told him that we would be busy and he made no attempt to help us. But we came back at that time anyway, and the employee that was on duty at the time told us that he was just a regular employee and that the employee that we had encountered earlier was in fact the manager. Not to mention, the receipt that I had did not tell me that there was a no return policy. And they are all of a sudden telling me that I cannot return anything! I understand if I cannot return/exchange an item, however, being rude and lying about who is the manager and who is not is just plain rude and shows just how unprofessional they are...

We then gave him our receipt and told him there is nothing about a return policy on there. He then printed a completely different receipt to show us, and had no answer as to why our receipt was so different. We were then told to come back and the manager would help us. We came back and the āmanagerā told us heās not a manager then told us the other guy was the manager. I understand that an item might not be returnable but being lied to and treated rudely is terrible...

He tried to buy 2 budlight tall cans and a small couple waters, when the cashier ran up the beers each one showed up counting as a 4 pack and valued at $9.99 each (2 beers for the price of 8 beers). The cashier told the customer those beers were āāmuch betterā and therefor more expensive. The guyās english wasnāt very good and he clearly didnāt know what he was buying, so he went along with it and paid more than $22....
