Wow!!! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mercado and Pescheria, and I must say, it was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the evening. OUR SERVER!!! Magali was an absolutely outstanding!!!!! Truly some of the best service I’ve ever had!!! The ambiance was inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort.

Now, let's talk about the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared using the freshest ingredients. The menu offered a delightful variety of options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Went this weekend for a birthday dinner. Wanted to have a nice relaxing dinner, but our server was rushing us from the minute we sat down. Offered us still or sparkling water, we said still, only to find out it was $9 on the bill at the end! I guess that’s our mistake for not saying tap, but he didn’t offer that. Only table he didn’t bring bread to. He was very short with us and it felt like he was rushing us at every moment. Ordered an appetizer, wanted to enjoy it but he kept coming back so quickly to ask for our order. Ordered pastas and a salad to start, salad came out with the appetizer. Such a rush through the meal. The server didn’t even offer us dessert, just said “anything else?” even though we were celebrating a birthday. Ordered tiramisu and a key lime pie, and the server said “oh yeah, I have a special something too” and proceeded to bring a key lime pie, after we had ordered it ourselves. So we ended up with two of them! Didn’t bother to tell us not to order it because that’s what he was bringing. Paid the check and he snatched the machine out of my hand before I could text myself the receipt, and told me I could just keep the paper copy instead. Overall terrible experience, and it sucked for a birthday. Food was just okay for the price. Patio was nice and good location, but there’s another Italian place across the way that I would go to before I ever went back here. 10/10 do...
