Scam scam scam!!! I went in to get my nails, which the girl did a great job and was very nice I was approached by a lady asking if I want my roots fixed and redone. I was looking and thinking about getting my hair done while on vacation so I was open to the suggestion She explained to me she can fix and correct my color To be more blonde and less brassiness And less warmth in it. I can tell she’s very talented and she knows her profession very well. She took her time with the color, correction, and the highlights and it turned out great. I am somewhat happy with the color. I asked her to cut it a little bit and get rid of the damage ends, she started cutting at least 3 to 4 inches off my hair. When someone says they’re going to give you a trim they don’t cut off that much. On top of it, she cut it unevenly!. One side is about an inch or more shorter than the other side. When I noticed that I was so irritated that I didn’t want her to touch my hair and told her it’s fine. I just wanted to leave because in order for her to fix it she would have to go even shorter. I never agreed To cutting my hair, 4 inches off and on top of it to be uneven What really pissed me off is that they kept adding services and treatments and styles that I’ve never once agreed nor did I discuss the price with him. At the end, it was about $800 total for everything. Listen, if I want $800 haircut and style, there’s plenty of nice LA professional high-end hair salon shops that I would go to. I’m not gonna go to some small walk-in nail shop and think they can fix or do my hair and try to charge me that much. This is an absolute scam and it’s Ridiculous. I get it, they wanna sell and make business but it’s better be honest with the people let them know and understand and don’t push things on them and then charge them with a ridiculous bill at the end. I felt I was completely scammed I even called my credit card company and told them I was scammed and luckily they have fought this on my end when I showed them the proof and they have funded me back my money. My tip to the business owners, you have great people who can do a great job, but please make sure they are ethical and talk to people about services and cost and not just scam people. They think people are on vacation and will never see them...

Mediocre at best! Recommended by my friend who was a regular I decided to go and have a manicure. I placed my fav shades at the edge of the table and proceeded to have my nails done. The manicurist took the dirty cotton balls filled with nail polish & remover and piled them on top of my shades. I didn’t realize this until the end when she tried to peel a cotton off of the frame of the lens because tye cotton was melted into the lense & frame . My nails were wet, and she then took some more nail polish and tried to remove From the lenses and further ruined my frame and lens. Mery the manager was really nice and said she would take care of it and that it was unacceptable that she wouldn’t just throw the cotton balls in the garbage right away esp since it’s unsanitary. The manicurist got really mad and said how dare I put my glasses on the table. Mery was unhappy with how her manicurist handle the situation. So she said she would handle it herself And talk to the owner and take care of the situation. Many calls later text messages, and even my friend went into talk to the owner who said she would get back to me. …crickets….this Is completely unacceptable. I had a $400 pair of glasses. Were completely ruined and I Had just gotten to my vacation and didn’t have time to go shopping for another pair of . This is now been over a month and a half and they refused to take responsibility or even get back to me. Moreover, when I had called Mary back for the fifth time in the salon, she said oh they were an old pair of glasses, and my manager agrees with the manicurist that I shouldn’t be leaving my sunglasses on the table. Btw I keep my glasses in perfect shape and they were like new! If this is handled I will remove this post. Otherwise there will be more...

I visited this salon today to get my nails done, and the experience was very mixed. I asked the nail tech to shorten my nails, she started lightly filing them, which did absolutely nothing, so I asked “would you to like use scissors instead?”and with the worst attitude ever, she pulled them out and chopped off HAlF of my nail without asking how much I actually wanted off I told her it was way too short and asked why she didn’t confirm with me first and she just suddenly stood up, started packing her things, and said, “I knew it,” in a very rude and unprofessional tone. Owner stepped in and gave me a different tech. She wasn’t particularly friendly either, but she did a good job, and I’m happy with how the nails turned out so far (though I’m not sure yet how long they’ll last, but it is really pretty). As for the price I was told it would be $60 + $10 for French, but I ended up being charged $80 + $10 for tip. Not sure where the extra $10 came from. The most insane part? That first tech still works there. No apology. No accountability. So be careful. The place might be okay if you’re lucky with the tech. Otherwise,...

I did a walk in and got a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. Karen did my pedicure and did a great job, she clipped down to the size I desired and was detailed in her painting. Then I asked Chen if she could do Aura nails for me, she has never done them before but was up for the challenge. She executed it spectacularly! I would definitely come back again. But I forgot to mention their own 15% off discount sign they have out front which wasn’t applied to my total, maybe they forgot but I did too. Great service and clean shop! Give them a try!
