Shady practices, I would sincerely advise you not feeding their tourism business. My mother has a medical condition making it impossible to ride a bus for 8h a day and the woman who allegedly insisted for us to book straight away, refused to issue a refund when we realized the trip was nothing like what we initially planned and discussed. I was very polite and respectful, calmly explaining why their trip presentation was unclear and did not suit our family needs. I received a rude, non comprehensive and unpleasant customer service with the woman sitting on the front desk, she was not willing to help us in any way while I handed her 50$ in cash literally 30 seconds earlier.

I don't really recommend this place. We got a tour to go to Key West and the bus never stopped at our hotel and we were left behind. I called the company and explained what happened and they said the manager will collect us to bring us to the bus, that never happened and we were waiting and wasting our time. They then told us we were not outside the hotel when the bus came and they had pictures to prove this, this was another lie as I took a photo of us standing outside the hotel before the bus came and left us behind. Son bought a pair of sunglasses and immediately realized they were too small. Try to return within 5 minutes of purchase but ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
