Adry has been my nail tech for over two years now. Getting my nails done by her has been an absolute pleasure, to the extent that I've never considered going to anyone else. Her work is of such high quality that it's hard to find elsewhere. Not only does she conduct a thorough consultation before starting, but she also possesses the techniques to help transition from false tips to your desired natural nail length. Additionally, she has an impressive ability to hand-paint intricate designs on such a small canvas like nails, showcasing her true artistry.
We've explored various designs together, and each time she has brought my vision to life flawlessly. As a licensed technician, her expertise shines through in her eloquent explanations of nail terminology and techniques. She ensures that you understand every step of the process and that you're comfortable with the service you're receiving.
Beyond her technical skills, Adry's interpersonal skills are remarkable. She listens attentively without judgment and avoids engaging in gossip, creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere during appointments. Her prompts are always encouraging and motivating, centered around previous conversations where personal goals were shared. She has a therapeutic approach in her dialogue, making each appointment a time to truly disconnect and relax.
I currently drive over an hour to get my nails done by Adry because I simply refuse to go to anyone else. No other nail technician has been able to fulfill my goal of having strong, natural, long nails or make me as comfortable as she has. Adry is truly amazing, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to write this review. If you're considering booking an appointment with her, trust me, you won't regret it. If you're not satisfied, I'm so confident in her abilities that I'll personally cover the cost of your next...
Read moreI went here on a whim because I needed my nails done. Having my nails neat has always been a must. I arrived for my appointment and was attended by what I believed was an experienced manicurist. While she did my feet, I was a little concerned as it was a little painful and she was really doing in with her tools. I disregarded it as I thought maybe there was something I didn't see before. When she got to cutting my cuticles she spent a whole 20 minutes going back and forth to each nails cutting and cutting more. I pulled my hands back twice because of the pain and I have never had to do that before. I felt as if my hands were being cut up at this point. Even as she placed the product on my nails, my cuticle area was stinging. This is a call for infection. I would think that in a time such as this pandemic, employers would teach their employees to be more careful! How can I even be sure that what she used was clean before CUTTING me and causing me to bleed in at least two nails? On top of that I was there for almost 2 HOURS which is so ridiculous. I called the salon this morning to explain what happened and they could only say that the manicurist did not do it on purpose and that maybe my cuticles were sensitive? This has NEVER happened to me. Yes, I have been cut once , but not 5 times in one sitting ESPECIALLY after letting them know I was hurt? This is ludicrous and unprofessional. I do not...
Read morewas so excited to try this place out. They just moved to Miami lakes, right next to my house and I follow them on instagram and see all the pretty work they do so I decided to give it a try! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by an older lady at the reception desk and right from the minute she looked at me I knew that it was gonna be a problem. She sized me up and down and asked me if I had an appointment, I told her no and explained I needed a soak off and a full acrylic set & a pedicure. The place was practically empty. she told me They would do my nails but the pedicure she wasn't sure about that if they had enough time they may or may not do it. Who would want to leave a nail salon with just A half a job . I explain that to her that I didn't want to start if they weren't going to do everything I Needed. So in other words she practically asked me to leave. She looked at me and she laughed and said I understand bye ! That has been hands-down the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. They gave me such a bad impression, I wouldn't go there for anything in the world. This place Is A stuck up nail that obviously doesn't take customer service...
