I went to this place on 03/19/2023, this was the first time that I went to this location. My husband, and 1 of my kids were outside in the parking lot waiting for me, and for our 3 other kids while we were shopping inside the store. As soon as we went in nobody said "hello", or "welcome" as a courtesy, and as education, too, even the lady who was the cashier who was the first person who saw me entering to the store. Minutes later one guy who works there asked me if I was needing help with something, and I said no, and he left. More minutes later another worker saw my shopping cart full, and he asked me if I was needing another shopping cart, and I accepted it. Then this second guy called the first guy who asked me if I needed help who brought to me the new shopping cart, and both of them took my shopping cart that was full, and they put it next to the cashier. Since this moment until I finished with my purchases every step that I did one of those two guy was always next, or close to me, prettending that they were looking, or organizing something but I felt like they were suppervising me. At the time that I was going to pay, both of them, and a lady (another worker) were taking the articles out the shopping cart qithout letting me do it by myself, and they were doing it too fast, until one galon of milk was a little open, there was milk all over the shopping cart, and one of then had to go to bring me a new gallon of milk. When I had to pay I was going to pay with 2 different cards, and when I was going to put my pin one of them saw my pin, and the cashier never say: " you are welcome", or "come back", she only spoke with me to tall me how much I had to pay. When I get out from that store both guys were outside of the store to pay attention to what I was doing, while I was putting my bags inside my car. When I finished, one of them came where I was parked, took the shopping came, and he went back to the store, and when my husband turned the car on, and started driving, it was when both guys were back inside of the store. I feltvery bothered by them. Never come back here. Only one thing that I love from this store, it was that I found food products from my country, which it is Colombia,...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this place for an early coffee for more than 10 years. Different owners and now Bravo. Never have had a problem. There was another girl before that did the BEST coffee in the world, and always a smile. But sadly she is not there anymore. However, there’s this tall, white, black haired lady, always has a messy bun, (don’t know her name), that is beyond nasty, she’s been there for a few months only, stopped ordering coffee there, she does the worst coffee, cold, whitish, and handles it to you annoyed. And never gets a right order. You ask for 1 croqueta she’ll give you 3, you’ll ask for a chicken empanada, she’ll give you pizza, worst part, she gets upset and argues with you. We’ve been there in the mornings and most of the time I get off but at times my kids go by themselves, she was very less than polite, the last time we went, she always has an annoyed face, rolls her eyes at them. Theres this young lady that takes care of charging you, she’s a sweetheart. Triguenita muy...
Read moreThis is beyond disappointed! Our family and friends all patronized this store when it first opened and it was good quality cuts of meat at a fair price. It has gone downhill super quickly at the expense of our pockets and our bodies. The "ground beef" at a "special" price is in my opinion not even meat. It turns orange when you cook it and smells rancid. The chicken is now full of cartiledge and slimy. The flap meat (churrasco) has been butchered so horribly that there is so much fat and lining left that any savings you thought you were getting is a scam when priced by pound. Now, we can't even bite or chew the flap meat, been the last 3 times and shame on us we bought it after the first time. Do yourself a favor, spend a few extra dollars and buy elsewhere. Produce section full of flies as well....spend your money wisely, owners obviously think they're...
