AWFUL SERVICE. RIDICULOUS WAIT. I had an awful experience here. We arrived and were seated pretty quickly. However, we were not even offered water for over 10 minutes. As a party of 9, we ordered beers and a couple water bottles. It took another 10 minutes, and us asking for our drinks for our drinks to arrive. One our orders were placed, it was a disaster. Our waitress Manuela did not bring the correct amount of waters, beers, or appetizers. We didn’t make a fuss, and waited for our food to come... and waited, and waited, and waited. I asked where the food was, and that we had been here for over an hour. The response was that they were full and had to attend to everyone. However we arrived before the restaurant became full, and other tables received their food prior to our table. I asked nicely if they could tell me when we would get out meals, and the eso Once we finally received our food, the meals were incomplete and the orders were brought out staggered. The experience was awful. Upon asking for additional waters, I received a look from our waitress. The manager knew that it had been a poor experience and his response was that they were just full, and it was unfortunate that others were served prior. He stated he would provide a dessert which never came. Of course, the waitress never checked back, didn’t clear our table, and didn’t care as the 18% tip was included. I wanted to order a Colombian Hot Dog for pick up and I asked to please put an additional of Pineapple sauce, these are small plastic little containers about 1 inch tall, and they were charging me $0.35 cents per each extra little container of sauces. I had just finished reading the comments where several people were complaining of the same thing. It's not about paying $0.35 cents, it's the fact that when you dine in, you can squirt as much of all the sauces on your food, but when you order take out, they charge you extra?? It doesn't make sense. What's the difference of eating in the restaurant, or sitting in my car outside the restaurant, or in my car in a parking lot or eating it in the comfort of my home? The manager's replies to all these negative reviews has been, " I'm sorry about your bad experience, but please allow us to make it right, or this does not reflect us, we apologize, blah blah blah blah, and yet, it still happened to me just now. So I canceled the order I was placing. Like another person put, they rather lose a customer or a sale than just giving the client a couple of extra sauces? Really? Disappointed. Now the manager will reply to this comment, " We are sorry you had a bad experience, please come and allow us to make things right, blah blah blah and nothing will happen, they will continue to charge for sauces that are normally free if you dine in. The rudest staff I have ever encountered at a restaurant. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I frequently order a quesadilla to go from here and every. single. time. I have to call them 3 or 4 times just for them to even TAKE my order because they either place me on a a hold (that they obviously forget about), they HANG UP on you if they assume you're done speaking on the phone (so I have to call back to add to my order). One time I called for a delivery and when I was done speaking, the girl on the phone said "okay pickup in 20 minutes" and then hung up without taking a payment/my address. So even though I wanted it delivered, I went over after 20 minutes to pick it up, only for them to say its been delivered??? And they didn't look phased or sorry at all. I also don't speak Spanish and whenever I speak to a staff member that can't understand me they literally just wave their arms in frustration and walk away and don't get someone else to help me. It's just ridiculous. I don't know why anyone running that place keeps letting this happen, the staff and managers are so unprofessional I've never seen anything like it.
