I’ve been a regular customer at this shop and always appreciated the 10% discount with the flyer they keep on the counter. However, today’s visit was frustrating. The employee working (a girl ) refused to honor the discount unless I had a flyer from a previous purchase—even though they always have extras right there.

When I offered to go home and bring one, she told me no and said I’d have to come back later. This is ridiculous—why make customers jump through hoops for a discount that’s openly advertised? It’s not like the flyers are limited; they’re literally on display.

Because of this unnecessary hassle, I left without buying my vape. Poor customer service and inconsistency with their own policies. Won’t be returning unless...

Every time I buy a fume vape here it starts staying on after a little. I won’t even touch it and the light turns on, it starts making crackling noises, gets super hot then the light starts flashing and it starts turning on and off. I think they’re selling fake fumes, its happened literally every time I buy one here and I rarely have problems with the fume vapes at the gas station across the street from my house where I’ve bought 10x more fume vapes. When I do have problems with the gas stations vapes they don’t turn on randomly hours later they will stay on a little long fresh out the package but turn off if you don’t hit it.
