I’ve been here before, last year. I remember this place for having good food and service. I went again with my husband last week, and I experienced one of the worst services in my life. The staff was focused on selling their wines and food for thanksgiving dinner, I understand that. I’ve worked in the food industry so I am a very patient costumer. But after 50 minutes waiting for a sandwich they came to tell me they don’t have chicken. Before that, I asked twice if my order was ready. The second time I asked I told them politely that if the food wasn’t ready I was paying for my coffee and leaving. The server told me was ready. After 10 minutes she came to tell me they have run out of chicken and if I wanted something different from the menu. At that moment I was starving so I left. Been a customer at this place for almost 2 years. In the past, the staff has been super friendly and quick to attend. With this new staff it’s hard for me to say the same. At times it feels like they ignore you so that they don’t have to work as much. Recently, I was the only customer inside and was waiting to be attended to so I can pick up my food. I watched 3 employees just walk past me like I was a ghost. Those same employees appeared to be going on their lunch break and completely ignored that I was just sitting there. Yes, everyone is entitled to a lunch break but at least let another employee know so that they can assist me.
