I took my date just on a jubilee bracelet to Juan Carlos to get it cleaned up and see what he could do about the stretch on the bracelet. He told me he could get it back to its original condition, so I gave him the watch and said let me know when it’s ready. During the time it took him to get the bracelet dialed back in he would call or text me to give me updates, which speaks volumes to his incredible customer service.
