This is probably 2 out of 263 bad reviews I've ever had to leave. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. The unprofessionalism from the owner/manager herself is bar none! She gets 5 out of 5 for being a rude and sneaky person. I ordered online through the Google/door dash. I wanted a large cheese pizza, 1st half cheese, 2nd half pepperoni (an additional charge). I selected it step-by-step on the app. There really is no way to mess it up. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, the entire pizza was pepperoni. I asked them to please review the order, but the lady attending me doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what 1st half and 2nd half means. She calls her manager to ask her for advice, and her manager advised her that nothing could be done and I must take the pizza as is. If I wanted the second half pepperoni, I needed to state that in a notes section... which is nowhere to be found in the step-by-step process. I asked the manager to please order it online and go through the steps herself so that she can see how orders are taken online. The manager refuses to rectify the issue. The manager asks to speak to the girl. I asked the girl in the front if she could please fix it since this seems to be a company issue and not a customer issue. She assures me that they will work on my new order. I finally receive my pizza and go home, and after further investigation, I see that the girl simply removed the pepperoni instead of making me a new pizza. Thank you, but I could've done that myself. The correct thing to do as a business owner was to just make me a whole new pizza since that was YOUR bad. Luckily for me, when I arrived to return my pizza the manager was there. She asked if I wanted them to make me a new pizza. I JUST SPENT 2 HOURS TRYING TO GET A FREAKJNG PIZZA YOU THINK IWANT ONE FROM YOU NOW!?...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place since it’s a new business that took over one that used to be pretty good—but unfortunately, this experience was just bad from start to finish.
First, I’ll say I felt bad for the girl who was new and clearly trying her best, but the food and service were a mess. The maicito de pollo had no flavor, the Oreo milkshake was basically just ice cream in a cup, and the bollo limpio picada we ordered with steak came out as a huge mixed platter with everything except steak.
We also ordered an arepa de choclo—10 minutes later, the waitress came back to say she couldn’t find it in the system. After all the food finally came out, my husband asked about his arepa, and she said it should be coming soon. Another 10 minutes later, she came back to apologize and said they didn’t even have it.
It’s disappointing, especially because the previous restaurant in this spot (RICO Pan pizzeria) was actually good. I’m surprised this place has decent reviews, but if things keep going like this, I don’t see it...
Read moreThis was my first time there since it changed owners. I called to order a half Hawaiian half chicken and mushrooms large pizza. When I went to pick it up, I also ordered a beer. To my surprise, I was charged $42 dollars. 7 dollars for the beer and $35 for the pizza. When I asked why, they told me that they charged me for every extra ingredient. The regular large Hawaiian its 18, but it was only half, and they charged me 18 for the other half of chicken and mushrooms. I had to pay full price for every half. It's like I ordered 2 pizzas and got one. Unbelievable. That's a ripoff. When I asked for a partial refund, they did not give it to me. Now, let's talk about the pizza. It was a bland and thin pizza with almost no taste and flavor. Not comparable to the pizzas when it was Ricopan pizzeria. Definitely I won't be back there and I won't recommend it.
