I have had my SE Rainbow since Oct 1992 (!) and I have been servicing it with business for years (last 18Jul19). I've been very satisfied and credit them for maintaining such a fine equipment STILL very operational and useful, a statement impossible to make with most present day appliances. I also thank Mmes. Miriam, Marisela and Eneuse at the front office: they could not have been more courteous and professional dealing with my needs. EXCELLENT customer service brings you back, again and again....
