Pet Avenue Grooming & Boarding — Local services in Miami

I am very disappointed with Pet Avenue's service! I have used their services for many years, and what happened today with one of my dogs is unacceptable!! It took me ten months to let my dog's face hair grow!! When I took him this morning, I explained what I wanted, and I also brought my other dog who also has long face hair!! When I went to pick them up, one of the staff members told me to excuse them, but they had been very busy today, and the groomer had cut one of my dog's face hair!! All I told them is that it took me a long time to let his hair grow long, I paid, and I left!! Not only did they cut his hair short, but they also sheared it, they did a terrible job!! I'm leaving this review so that you are careful and explain four or five times, and that the staff taking care of your pets take notes of the kind of service you want!! What a bad service and such an unprofessional excuse!! Today they lost...

Just moved to Miami from Orlando and was referred by someone I met at a dogpark in midtown. My pooch is huge and very hairy. He was way due his groom and quite honestly a mess : ). The staff at this place where professional and friendly to both me and Arnold (his name). They explained the process and about how much time they estimated they would need (4 hours minimum). To my surprice they called me exactly 3 hours and 45 minutes after I left and told me Arnold was ready for pick-up. Ahhh...he was like a new dog and smelled clean and fresh...looked even better. Si Quieres recoger a tus perros ensangrentados ven a este servicio de peluquería para mascotas. 😩 He ido por años hasta que empezaron a devolverme a mis perros con cortes y heridas abiertas. La primera vez que esto sucedió, el pie de mi perro estaba sangrando. Les pregunté al respecto y me dijeron que no era nada malo que era normal ….pero todo el asiento trasero de mi auto estaba totalmente ensangrentado, 🥹 así que no pensé en nada malo al respecto ya que he estado aquí por más de 8 años. la semana pasada me devolvieron mis Shitzus y una de ellas tenía un corte en el cuello, estaba rojo y ahora está infectado y con costras!!! 🤨😡 algunas veces se veían pequeños cortes pero no les preste mucha importancia hasta ahora que ya los casos son más seguidos y cada vez peor…Les llame sobre esto y parece que no se preocuparon por mis perros y dijeron que no es su culpa. 🤔😡😡😡 Nunca en mi vida volveré y nunca confiaré en estas personas con mis mascotas. Por favor, no vaya a este lugar por el bien de la salud de sus mascotas y para evitar su sufrimiento.

If you want to pick up your dogs bleeding come to this pet grooming service. 😩 I have been going for years until they giving me back my dogs with cuts and open wounds. The first time this happened, my dog's foot was bleeding…. I asked them about it and they told me that it was nothing bad that it was normal….but the whole backseat of my car was totally bloody, 🥹 so I didn't think anything bad about it. I have been there for more than 8 years. Last week I got my Shitzus back and one of them had a cut on her neck, it was red and now she is infected and scabby!!! 🤨😡 sometimes there were small cuts but i never payed much attention since I trusted them, now that the cases are more frequent and getting worse...
