Was in Miami visiting. Ordered a pizza and it was delivered COLD! Called to complain and ask for a refund and the manager was extremely nasty about it. He claim his name is MICHAEL! “MICHAEL” refused to give a refund. He then says, “I’ll get my driver to just come back to pick the pizza up and then I’ll give you your refund.” We were just fine with that. We just wanted our money back since we didn’t touch the cold pizza. They came and got the pizza and NO REFUND was ever given. Once we called back to say, hey we gave it a week and no money has been put back into our account, the store manager then says, “why you call back a week later?” We called back a week later because we thought the refund was processing.. come to find out he never gave us a refund. So now he’s refusing to give us our money back. He claim he have to speak to his “supervisor” about the matter. My spouse asked the manager for the supervisor name or # he said he couldn’t tell us a name or give us a # because his supervisor info is “private”. We tried our best to handle this situation as best as we could. The manager hung up in my spouse face and refused to give us our money back to a pizza he literally made his worker come back to pick up! This is disgusting! They need to find a better person to manage...
Read moreBEWARE: they are crooks. Eventhough the pizza is good and delivery is fast. So what since the delivery driver will steal from you. I placed an order online using a credit card. Upon arrival you are asked to fill out the amount and sign the C/C slip with a Pen. I almost always TIP, but on this occasion i decided not to leave a tip so i left that line blank on the slip. Several days later when i checked my bank statement totol for the pizza was $28 +. $6 more than the original total. Obviously the driver decided to give himself an amzing Tip. Clearly he does this to everyone that does not fill out the slip entirely and very few people check their finances later on, especially those that live in brickell. So be careful before ordering from this location. After calling the corp office they had a manager contact me and he didnt do anything but say he would check with the driver again. Then he wouldnt even Refund my $6. They should have offered me something for this injustice. And threotically the driver should be investigated and fired. But this is the way...
