Taco Rico Brickell — Restaurant in Miami

The food was of good quality taste and everything was fine until.. ME AND MY FAMILY GOT SALMONELLA POISONING FROM THE CHICKEN AND STEAK TACOS. Just a couple hours after eating our meals we all began to have stomach aches and feel kind of weird. We all had the exact same food and ended up with the exact same symptoms. Now, It can be a lack of cleaning the supplies used to cook in the kitchen or a lack of the cooks and staff maintaining a clean work space but one thing’s for sure.. I am not satisfied at all with 3+ days of feeling pure constipation, stomach cramps, slight fever and diarrhea. We’re blessed enough to have healthy immune systems to the point where our body tries to fight the bacteria off but this can be very dangerous to customers without healthy immune systems, babies or older folks. Please just keep a better job of making sure everything is clean and goes well. Once again, the taste of the food was good but the side effects of this meal is just too much. Unfortunately we won’t be eating...

Ordered a chimichanga, burrito and Street corn. Didn’t receive the corn, so I called the next day to deal with the issue. A woman answered the phone, took my complaint and stated she would contact Door Dash so that they could refund the amount of the street corn. She stated it would take 24 hrs. After two days I contacted Door Dash myself, they were unable to help because it wasn’t a delivery, but an only pick up order via their system, that I needed to deal directly with the business. 6 days later, I contacted the business, the night crew NEVER answers the phone. If they were no longer serving Mexican Street Corn at this location, than they should have stated that at the time of pickup or called me to see if I would like it comped for another item. When I picked up the order nothing was said. Just unprofessional...

1 star because the staff was nice. But hands down the worst "Mexican" food I have ever had. I ordered steak enchiladas. When I got home and opened the bag, it was two cold uncooked tortillas with bits of chicken inside, no cheese. These were not enchiladas. The little cheese on the outside with a dash of tasteless red sauce was stuck to the container. I seriously think they put it in the microwave before bagging and handing it to me. Then there was about a tablespoon of beans and rice each. Absolutely inedible. Sorry Taco Rico. I will be rejecting the credit card charge. Our money is too precious in this economy to pay for bad food. Better...
