We had a great experience renting a bounce house for our 4 year old bday party in our backyard. We called Bumbling Jumpling two weeks before the party, they responded right away, gave us all the information we needed. They then called us 2 days before the event to reconfirm and again the day before to confirm the time they were planning to arrive.
