I had the pleasure of staying at Opera Tower recently, and I must say, this place exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the building, I was struck by its modern elegance, exceptional cleanliness, and, of course, the breathtaking views of the bay that make it a standout in the heart of Miami.

Worst place to live, I just moved in and counting the days to move out.

You don’t need enemies if you live in the Opera Tower , the management couldn’t be more rude and unprofessional, they don’t know , they don’t see and they don’t talk. They barely look at your face when you talk to them . The parking team are scammers, my car arrived from another state on March 19th and I paid for a parking spot they charged me $158 and never told me it was only for the remaining days of March , the beginning of April when I was leaving to work I found my car with a boot without any warning, went to talk to the management thinking it was a mistake the answer was that my tag wasn’t visible even when I said it was, so I asked for the footage to prove it wasn’t there they said they wouldn’t shown me, the only person with more information was the boot company to clarify what happened and about the rules of the payment . Clueless employees about the rules or just scammers.

Elevators always breaking down, get ready to be late wherever you are going. They don’t have AC or ventilators, smells dog pee, nothing against the dogs.

Corridors smells like dumpsters, literally . At some point I thought that could be a dead body in one of the apartment next to mine.

Pool has been closed for years that is what I learned from neighbors and it seems like it won’t be open in a near future. Miami without amenities that you are being charged for is a joke.

Stay away from this place, it doesn’t worth the price you pay for.
