Celine — Local services in Miami

Walked in the store with my three classmates and teacher (fashion school), and we were not even greeted or asked if we needed any help. A woman who seemed to be the manager kept an eye on us as if we were in the store to steal something. Our teacher asked her nicely if she could have someone take a minute to talk to us about the store and she rudely answered "we are busy with clients right now". She probably forgot anyone who walks in the store is a client. DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY THE COVER. Very rude, discriminative, and awful customer service. Disappointed at this...

Terrible customer service. I dropped off a bag for pampering in September and have not only not received it back, but no one at the store can locate it or returns my phone calls. It has been 3 months and I still have no status of my bag, which was not inexpensive. I am not local so calling is my only option and is futile. I will take my business to other locations...

Beautiful store and the salesperson who was there was super nice when I visited in person. I tried to place an order over the phone for an item they had in store that was sold out online.
