Terrible service. My husband bought me a pair of shoes for Xmas. I tried them on at home with a few outfits. Never left the house. When I finally decided to wear them I realized they were one size too big I tried to exchange and they refused to exchange the size because the shoes had a creases from trying them on and did not meet standards. Mind you. The customer service number pretty much said there is nothing they can do because the product was bought in the shop. After choosing a bag (I went with a beautiful safari messenger bag in the oblique Galaxy leather), my card issuer had some problems with removing a security hold on my account. Michael was very understanding and reassured me that this happens all the time and waited for me to get the card in order. He made a potentially embarrassing experience a small blip in an otherwise great experience. Side note, as of Feb 2022 the store is in a temporary location while the actual store is renovated. Any Dior boutique is supposed to give you a refined experience and it is supposed to feel posh, but sometimes that borders on pretension and judgment about your own social position.
