Government Center Metromover Station — Local services in Miami

We attempted to go to a special event at Maurice Ferre park that began at 11 AM. I checked the app and the website to ensure the metromover was running. There were NO indications on either that there were any issues. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes for a train and when none came, we attempted to find a representative inside to ask and no staff was available. 311 left me on hold for over 30 minutes. Eventually, we found a very small sign on the back of a pole that indicated the trains would started running at 2PM, CONTRARY to the information on the app and website. We missed half of the event because of the lack of communication AND lack of trains running. There are also NO benches for anyone to sit while waiting hours for the metromover. The County needs...
