Been going to this location for about 30 years and today was the worst experience ever there. I did't see the other ladies there that I encounter a lot for many years. Decided to go by to see them. The lady that was there totally ignored me along with three other people that was there for about 5 minutes. Then wanna ask me after standing there 5 mins, did I wanna order. Like really what am I standing there for. I'm a great tipper, but she got nothing!!! I was very very upset. NEVER AGAIN UPDATE: And to add SHE DOESN'T SMILE EITHER!!! She looks very serious!!! She was smiling a little with the cop tho. Guess she have her picks on who she smiles with!!! Just UNEXCEPTABLE,!!!! View your cameras so you can see that what I'm saying is ACCURATED💯 Need pointers for the other 2 young ladies that has been dealing with me for years on how GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Cacique Restaurant is at the heart of Downtown, a rather popular place to eat.

We travel Downtown often during the year to attend Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioner's meetings, or to go for Jury Duty.

We also travel Downtown to visit the Frost Museum of Science or go shopping, and we always go to this particular restaurant because the food is excellent, the staff very professional and friendly, and the owner makes us feels as if we are family.

Every time we eat here, we see County officials, attorneys, bailiffs, or employees of the shops that surround the establishment.

Prices are reasonable and they are prompt in service, making sure we are able to eat within the allotted time for most of the people that work around the restaurant.
