Very disappointing I purchased a pair of wedding rings from the store on Feb 1st. Right after I decided to make the payment, My sales executive Sheila Khiatani changed her attitude immediately. She became rude and kept emphasizing that I have emailed her SINCE LAST YEAR! Come on! I just left a message on the official website a few months ago and somehow she saw it and emailed me. That’s it! I contacted her again from my input mailbox recently. Why she acted as if I own her something. Besides, most of these emails were just urging me to come to the bantique because “I requested for the ring you are interested in” , “I’m holding for the ring”. But actually I didn’t ask her to “request” for the ring and when I drove 4 hours and arrived at the bontique. She didn’t have most of the rings I was interested in.. She also seems wired knowing I was also seeing other branch. Can’t I seeing other branch? Besides, she’s very impatient when I asked the details about the gifting order.
The second thing is that the travel box I got didn’t fit my ring at all. It’s much shallower than the ring’s shape. Which means the ring will stuck in the box and the lid cannot even been closed. It won’t protect the ring on traveling at all! Sadly I found this after I took the rings home. I asked if she could exchange the travel box with a deeper one. Two weeks have passed, she still refused to reply me!
I never left comments and I have to say that she is unbearably impolite and irresponsible to her customer. This experience also left me a very bad impression of this branch.

I walked in looking for a ring and was immediately greeted with warm smiles and an offer of some delicious chocolate and champagne. She patiently walked me through the cases and showed me great options based on my preferences.
Sheila sat me down and worked with me until I found the perfect ring. At that point, I fell in love with 2 others and she placed the orders for me. She communicated with me once they were in the store and welcomed me just as warmly the second time. One ring is still in production and I can't wait to go back and pick it up.
This was one of the easiest and most comfortable jewelry buying experiences I have had. There was no pressure to buy and everyone was a consummate professional....
