LISTEN! I really don't ever do this (I know thats what people usually say on first dates but its true). However, I needed to write a review just so I could share with the world or whoever reads these things, the next level service and people this store has working for them. I met JARED first when I dropped in the store, he said he had availability and got to work helping me put together my custom suit. He was very professional but also made the experience super comfortable every step of the way, mixing knowledge, light humor and his personality with each step. Overall it was a breeze and very enjoyable experience.
Fast forward a few weeks and my suit finally shows up. Jacket fits nearly perfect but the pants are just a touch too baggy in the back so I go to the ADVENTURA location (closer to me) to have them tailored. Here is where, by chance, I meet CODY (I find out he's the store manager at the BRICKELL location just filling in at this store) This gentleman, CODY, is an absolute legend and his energy is both infectious and off the charts... we connect instantly. He sees the issues in the pants, gets them tailored up and makes a few other recommendations for minor alterations in no time. He also offers to bring them back to his store as he assures he can have these changes done quicker. Normally they say 2-3 week turn around for these type of alterations, but honestly he called within 3 days to tell me I was sorted. I went to pick up the suit from his store a few days later. My fiance and I were running behind to get on the sailing yacht she captains and I called to let him know this. He told me don't stress with paying and parking instead telling me a spot where I could pull up and that he would run it out to me (now don't everyone go thinking this is standard). This is however, the type of genuine customer service, thoughtfulness and efficiency that cannot be taught.... either you have it or you don't and CODY has it in spades.
I had one last minor issue that needed to be sorted and I brought it to the ADVENTURA store again (probably a mistake), this service was underwhelming and then for the final touch needed, I was told I needed to wait "2-3 weeks" and they would call me when ready. No call came and I am going to be heading back up to New England within a week or so. I tried the ADVENTURA's phone numerous times on many different days and it was always off the hook and came back busy. I then called the BRICKELL store and CODY answered "Hey Cole whats going on?!" I explained the situation and he said he would handle it. I got a call back next morning from the ADVENTUA store that my suit was ready.
Moral of this overly longwinded and perhaps boring review is that you should go to the BRICKELL INDOCHINO, kick back, and enjoy each step of the process knowing that you will be more than taken care of with a natural joy and level of service that I would put up against almost anyone in any service industry. CODY and JARED top quality humans with...
Read moreWe had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. After my husband received his $1,600 suit, he scheduled a follow-up appointment for standard tailoring adjustments. When we arrived, he was barely acknowledged by two male staff members. He greeted one of them with a friendly âNice to see you again,â only to be met with a curt and dismissive, âI donât remember you, man.â Not a great start.
During the appointment, my husband changed into the full suit and asked for feedback on the fit. The response he received, from an employee named Luis, was indifferent and unhelpful: âYou tell me, I think it looks fine,â delivered with a tone that clearly conveyed disinterest. This was his first custom suit, and he was hoping for knowledgeable guidance from professionals. Instead, he felt unsupported and unsure, and it was clear the staff lacked knowledge and expertise.
My husband pointed out that the pants seemed too short, only to be told by Luis it was probably his fault for âwearing them differentlyâ than during the initial fitting. When he asked about shoulder adjustments, we were informedâonly at that pointâthat the tailor wasnât even on-site. We had scheduled this appointment in advance and drove over 30 minutes to get there, only to be told the visit couldnât be completed.
When my husband expressed his frustration, Luis became defensive and combative instead of listening or offering a solution. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and deeply unprofessional.
While we still need to complete the alterations, we will be taking the suit to another location. We expected better service and support for such a significant purchase, and unfortunately, this team did...
Read moreAbsolutely the WORST experience Iâve ever had with a tailor â avoid Indochino at all costs!
In December 2024, I went to Indochino to have my measurements taken for a custom suit. A month later, in January, they called me saying it was ready. When I went to try it on, EVERYTHING was ridiculously small. The pants were so tight I couldnât even sit down without fearing theyâd rip apart. It was as if the suit was made for a 12-year-old! The staff themselves were shocked at how badly the initial measurements were taken.
They said it would take 1-2 weeks to fix the issue. Fine. I waited. But when I went back yesterday to try the supposedly âfixedâ suit, NOTHING had been doneâit was still just as tight as before. I was furious. How can you call this a âfixâ when the problem hasnât been addressed at all?
To make matters worse, when I asked the tailor to correct it while I was there, he said his shift was almost over and he wanted to go home! I had to beg him to fix just one pair of pants, and even after his half-hearted attempt, they were still unwearably tight. When I pointed this out, he just refused to help further and left.
The entire experience was unbelievable. The customer service is non-existent, the tailoring is incompetent, and the level of care or accountability is laughable. Iâve now wasted my time coming back THREE times, and the suit still doesnât fit.
Iâm convinced their Google reviews are fake because thereâs no way this is what people consider acceptable service. Do yourself a favor and avoid Indochino unless you enjoy wasting time, money, and dealing with the most unprofessional...
