PD: I find really unfair some reviews made with bad intention for some people trying to jeopardize this local business where you find only high quality people and food. I used to go to this spot when they were located at the beach so many years ago and they are still amazing.Most of the time you see the same staff through the years. It tells you they feel happy to work and serve their huge community in Brickell area and I know they have fans from Coral Gables, North Miami, Hialeah, etc... Good Job and see you...

I came at a late hour when many were trying to have their post going out food. There was a line but that did not bother me. What did bother me was when I was next to order it was about 10 minutes before I even spoke to anyone. She stepped out multiple times to tell people she was behind but lingered there for a while only delaying people’s orders. I looked at the oven while she did this, it was not full, she was just tired of taking orders. Once I did speak to the lady at the front she told me I should order through the tablet. I told her I’d been waiting in line for a while and that there had been quite a few people who ordered already from there that I did not want to be behind as far as the line. Nevertheless I went to the tablet to order and I saw that 95% of the menu was “sold out”. I told her this and she argued with me saying it did not matter for about a minute and finally took my order. Needless to say everyone who ordered from the tablet was able to get their food first. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering food since I’ve been here and the lady at the front is mostly to blame. She seemed semi lazy and didn't want to serve anyone. I am yet to have my food but honestly this whole experience has angered me so much as to write this review as I usually do not leave reviews for anyone. I can’t comment on the quality of the pizza but until they fix their service I will not be returning.

Edit: and 18 inch pizza cost me $32 forget this place lol Edit 2: There are like 7-9 people waiting and this lady is telling people it will be over an hour before they get their pizza, not only is she lying, she’s actively trying to dissuade people from purchasing food from this place Edit 3: LMAO instead of owning up to the mistake he tries to call me misogynistic and a liar. He even told me to enjoy spring break my guy I am a man who lives two blocks from this place. If pizzas came out within 30 minutes or so (mine took around the time but between waiting to order and everything I was there for over an hour) then why is your employee actively telling people that it would take over an hour to get them out. Why is your employee literally trying to convince people not to dine there. Instead of calling me a liar how about you hire people who actually would like to bring success to your business. I hardly ever write reviews, it takes an especially poor, or especially great experience to get me to write one and I do not think you need to speculate which...

I had the worst service last night! I walked in my husband and I the line wasn’t line other people was fussing and complaining that their order was placed 35 minutes ago and they still hadn’t gotten their food, however the lady asked what did I want to order I said a philly sandwich and 2 slices of pizza she said “you have to order a whole pizza we aren’t selling slices it was strange because the menu clearly says SLICES! So I said ok give me a small pepperoni pizza since I have to order a whole pizza, well 2 other guys walked right up behind me and ordered slices……(Another race) I went outside to wait for my order, she allowed everyone to stay In the restaurant when I tired to come back in because it was humid outside she placed a table at the door and said NO ONE ELSE COULD COME IN, I said mam I have paid $35 for my order because you told me I couldn’t get a slice of pizza and now I can’t come in she said “NO” per her manager no one could come in even though she had a group of people that she allowed in (another race) I normally let stuff slide however I will NEVER come back to this place again she was rude as hell and one bad apple can ruin...
