Went in the other day and the girl with the eyebrow piercing , long straight hair and glasses gave horrible customer service :( Asked a different employee for help at first and she overheard and stepped in instead and seemed very bothersome even though she was the one who stepped in willingly. We asked questions about different products and she seemed very annoyed with having to educate us on the products we were interested in and verbally complained in our faces to us about it, even when we asked for recommendations. Made me nervous to ask anything else because of her choice in words and attitude when answering. Would not recommend this place at all if this is how they treat their customers and if their staff is always this...

Today I bought a vape in this smoke shop, after about 10 minutes of use it started to take on a burnt flavor, which I noticed was obviously defective, I went to the location again to look for a solution, since I paid for it a product that was defective and the workers of the center did not show any interest in finding a solution or a replacement for their defective product, they only explained to me that this was the real flavor of black ice… which had a horrible burnt flavor, I disagree It literally seems like a robbery to me and I take the time to write it here so that other customers do not take them by surprise when they pay and they are given a defective product without return. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I never went back to this...
