Today I had just an awful experience in Saks Fifth Avenue Brickell City Centre. I am a permanent customer of this store. But today a consultant treated me extremely unfriendly, and demonstratively counted the pieces of clothing chosen for fitting. I chose the shirt to buy and left the fitting room to go to the cashier desk. The same consultant met me on a half way to the cashier desk, got the shirt out of my hands and told me that the check out is in the fitting room space. Then she left the shirt in the room, went to the fitting room that I used, took the clothes and started to hang them slowly and calculate... All of this was so rude, that I changed my opinion to buy that shirt (I immediately invisioned my emotions every time when I would wear it). So I just left a fitting zone. I was still waiting for her, when she would come to me and invite to buy so I was staying near the fitting zone for a while and observed the new clothes on the hangers. And guess, what happened? She came to me, but with the announcement that I did not turn two pieces of clothing!!! She was not interested to sell me the shirt, she was interested to make the clothes considered "stolen" or disappeared. And the European customer, looking as a tourist, was an ideal person for this. I just regret, that I did not call to police and did not call for the administration. I was so amazed by all of this, that I simply showed the only bag I had with me to her and left the store. I am pretty sure, that today I became a victim of a malicious schema in Saks Fifth Avenue Brickell City Centre organised by local "consultants"! So please, be careful. And I hope to receive any feedback from the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreShopping is supposed to be fun. Itās not at Saks fifth Ave. I never thought id say that. I typically donāt wear items I purchased right away. Itās summer so Iām starting to wear things like espadrilles. I wore these shoes once I was about to put them on a second time and realized they are coming apart. I did not save the receipt since everything is digital and Saks keeps a profile on each client. I thought no biggie Iāll take them back to see what options I have. As I arrived in the shoe department someone greeted me. I explained I needed to resolve an issue with a shoe I had purchased. The guys said he has to get a manager. Her approach was extremely argumentative without gathering any information. I said to her you donāt know anything about it. I had to FORCE her to print a receipt. She was ready to send me out the door without it because I didnāt have the credit card with me from the original purchase. ( I couldnāt believe she actually expected me to come back to the store with a cc so I could print the receipt) I had to tell YOUR manager there are other ways to print the receipt. She was reading the store policy to me asked me to leave and to send this email. This doesnāt seem in tow with the usual policy of the store. Just having to deal with this has been stressful and aggravating. Iām never spending time or money in this store again. I have great experience before at Saks. This doesnāt fit your mission statement about inspiring customer confidence. I have zero confidence in your brand. Please let me know what my options are with this shoe that is clearly not well made for the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn Friday at approximately 2:15 PM, November 8 of 2024, I purchased two fragrances from two exclusive designers at Saks. I chose to shop at Saks because of their reputation for offering exquisite and fine products, and I was not disappointed by the selection or the service provided by my sales representatives, Elizabeth and Paola.
Elizabeth and Paola went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They were incredibly patient, polite, and attentive, carefully listening to my fragrance preferences and taking their time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Their professionalism and dedication made my experience truly enjoyable.
However, I must share my disappointment with an interaction I witnessed involving another sales representative, Vanessa (as noted on her name tag). During the finalization of my purchase, my sales representative needed assistance from George, the manager. While trying to get Georgeās attention, Vanessa responded to my sales representative in a rude and unprofessional manner, which occurred directly in front of me. This behavior was off-putting and left a negative impression.
I even considered walking out and leaving my purchase behind because of the unpleasant interaction. However, I ultimately decided to proceed out of fairness to Elizabeth and Paola, who had worked so diligently to assist me, and because I truly wanted the fragrances I selected.
While I greatly appreciate the excellent service from Elizabeth and Paola, I hope Saks addresses such behavior from other staff to maintain the high standards associated with...
