If I were the owner of this establishment, I would pay closer attention to the staff. I’m a regular customer. I called at 12 PM to order a pizza for my children, and one of the employees answered. I asked if I could place an order, and he told me the pizza service was closed and wouldn’t open until 1 PM…

I said nothing and decided to go buy some hot food in your store. When I arrived at 12:10 — just 10 minutes after my call — what do I see? Someone making a pizza!

I then asked about it, and I was clearly told that the pizza service does not open at 1 PM, contrary to what the employee told me on the phone.

So either this employee is trying to sabotage the business, or they need to be replaced quickly to avoid damaging your reputation. On top of that, the person was not...

Please ! Replace or UPGRADE your POS machine ! It is old, unfriendly, you have to touch it, chip function does not even work !

I would buy more from this place If they had a modern POS I could use with apple or Google play ! I usually jog at the island and carry only my phone , but no credit cards or cash!

This is such a nice marketplace, with great options (also very expensive) and at a high end island, and it is a pitty that you come inside and you fell in the 1990’s because of the outdate on your technological devices !

The advertised closing time is 9:30pm. I was kicked out twice this week at around 9:15pm by one of the employees. Today I spoke to the Manager about it, Maria Alejandra Pera. I explained that I sitting while having dinner when an employee kindly asked me to stand up and leave as he was cleaning up. The Manager told me that I was welcome to “sit outside”.
