Our recent visit to Mo Bar & Lounge at Mandarin Oriental was an unforgettable experience, filled with stunning views, impeccable service, and delightful culinary creations. we were captivated by its chic ambiance and panoramic vistas. The views from the lounge are truly unparalleled, offering a breathtaking backdrop of the city skyline that left us in awe. Despite the lounge being quite full on a Friday evening, the service remained exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable evening.

As for the cocktails and bites, they exceeded all expectations. We indulged in a variety of expertly crafted cocktails, each bursting with flavour and creativity. The tuna tataki was an absolute standout, with its perfectly seared texture and delicate flavours leaving our taste buds dancing with joy.

To top it all off, the music selection was on point. We were treated to the vibrant sounds of Cuban music, which added an extra layer of excitement to our evening. It was truly a delight to sip cocktails, savor delicious bites, and listen to the rhythm of the music in such a lively atmosphere.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars here as I am a Brickell local , I’ve seen managers change , and one thing needs to be rectified - the waitresses cannot half-heartedly serve, or discriminate by checking up on one party often and ignoring another. They have no sense of decorum, and there should be more warmth around the experience all-around, for what Mandarin Oriental represents, I’ve stayed at their properties worldwide , and perhaps because this one is lacking the building is being demolished to construct new condos, look it up

People come here to be treated extremely well, so until management corrects this I will not...
