First and foremost the return policy on “custom” work is a joke. By the time you get it; you have seven days to return. I purchased the cursive letter diamond pendant and gold plated necklace. I’ll just say this, for the amount of money I spent on these items. It definitely wasn’t worth the money for what appears to be nothing more than costume jewelry. I’m disappointed because I love to support Black businesses, but because she won’t accept the items back that was never worn. I mean literally after opening, I contacted them to return the items. Natacha took me on an amazing journey to design the perfect engagement ring. She started the design process by asking about us and our style and how we met. She kept me up to date with digital renderings and helped me choose the perfect gem. The only vision I had was that I wanted a sapphire gem and Natacha designed and created a ring that was beyond what I had imagined. This was all done remotely since I live hours from Miami.
