Over the years, I have shopped at many other stores throughout Miami, all over the country and the world. I’ve never really had a go to jeweler that I considered of any merit. After a little deep internet search for real jewelers with actual experience I came up on Levison’s. Since then, I will do all our subsequent purchases for my daughter, wife and myself at no other place. We have finally found a reputable and trustworthy Jeweler that we can call home.

Why? This is best summarized by the high level of class, pressure free professionalism, and wonderful customer service I have received. The knowledge and education of the this entire team of professionals are second to none. I have primarily dealt with Mr David and Mr. Andrew and at times in their absense, the other associates, including Mr. Cesar and Mrs. Erika were able to step in and make my experience seamless. All of the staff are just extremely professional as they work together as a team. They don’t seem to work on individual commission and you can feel that as a customer. It’s so refreshing to see this kind of work environment in action!

I have also been enamored with their service/repair department. Recently I had been thinking of bringing some older watches that needed some repair, including a WWII Rolex my grandfather owned and past away with in a military airplane. In the past I had taken my watches to a prominent store in downtown. With a few pieces of jewelry in particular, I was called multiple times to let me know what they were doing and where they were at in appraisals. They treated my jewelry, which was not purchased from them, as if it were their own. Impressive and honest integrity!

My fiance had my engagement ring custom made through Levison's Jewelry and I could not be more please with the results! The ring is absolute perfection!

My parents and grandparents have purchased several diamonds, as well as various pieces of jewelry from Levison's through out the years, so my fiance and I decided that it would be great to have them create my engagement ring.

I cannot say enough great things about Levison's! David and his associates took their time to educate us and walk us though the characteristics of diamonds as it pertained to the shapes we were interested in. They also told us about quirks we should look out for, which are unique to each diamond shape, mainly having to do with the way they are cut.

David did an excellent job being patient with us and really listening to what was important to us in a ring. He was able to work with us and explain how we could improve our design to make a more structurally stable ring, and prioritize certain characteristics over others to still create my dream ring, all while staying within budget. Not to mention how quickly we received the ring! The process took about two weeks!!

Overall, I am so thrilled with my experience and my ring! I receive endless compliments on it and am extremely proud to tell people that we got it at Levison's. I'm sure my family will purchase many more pieces from Levison's for generations! (My dad actually just had his Rolex Yacht Master refinished through Levison's Jewelery a couple weeks ago and he is on cloud nine! It literally looks BRAND NEW!)

I met with Dave and Erika for my initial appointment to discuss building a custom diamond engagement ring for my partner. Within two weeks, Dave and Andrew had found the diamond and created a mold of the setting to preview. Erika and I met to preview the mold and confirm the purchase. The ring was ready shortly afterwards, and upon our final meeting, Levison's ensured that the ring was made to my satisfaction.
