I finally was able to close the loop on a 4-month long saga with OneOne Swim! I ordered a few pieces in mid- December. They were shipped to me at the end of January (despite a promise of deliveries within 15 days). I immediately requested to return eligible items. It took 7 weeks, and constant follow up on my part, but I was finally refunded today only when I noted the default on their refund policy where I could be entitled to legal action. And it was the Social Manager that took care of this for me as customer service and billing kept stating they "needed to make sure it was with the appropriate department" which is apparently social media.
Their distraction tactics also feel very predatory. The constant bating, excuses and promises of delivery/refund are unethical. They’re a danger to consumers and should not be allowed to operate this way.
Every week I was promised my refund would appear the next week or next day. I finally looked Oneone Swim up on the Better Business Bureau to get some insight and learned that it is unaccredited by the BBB due to multiple (over 100) similar complaints.

Now it's October, and I still haven't received my refund! I've sent countless emails, but all I get are replies with no real resolution. They owe me nearly $300 and still won't issue my refund! It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve followed their return process and reached out multiple times for updates.
These are the responses I get from them, over and over again:
"Thank you for your patience, we have sent your refund to the billing area and it may take up to 30 days after your refund is delivered. After receiving notification of the refund, it may take 5-10 business days for the bank service provider to credit your account."
"We continue to work to catch up with our reimbursements. As compensation for the delay we would like to offer a 50% discount for future purchases."
Save yourself the headache and keep your money! There are plenty of other swimwear brands that truly deserve...

Took forever to ship my order so I emailed the company just asking to cancel my order as it would not arrive in time. They responded saying it would ship out soon and couldn’t cancel my order. When the suit finally arrived, I shipped it back immediately without even trying it on. I tracked the package and knew exactly when they received it down to the time of day. It has now been almost 3 weeks since they received it with no refund to my account. I emailed with the screenshots of both the tracking info (showing the date and time they received my return) and my original email receipt showing what I ordered. Their response was that they had to inspect my return items as before issuing a refund. The next day I receive an email asking what items I ordered/returned.
