Mikhaila the store director was the absolute worst manager we have ever encountered. We spoke with a sales associate about the shoes and she told us a size 42 eu was a size 9 womens us which is absolutely wrong (anyone who works at any high end European brand should know this). We told her no it was not and she rudely said “umm yes it is but whatever you want” and just walked away while we were speaking. Then we asked for the manager and the store director named Mikhaila came out and didn’t even ask us what happened?! and said that this woman was her top seller. The minute I walked in the sales associate inquired as to whether I work at the mall or whether I’m here to “actually shop”. I read an article highlighting their Paula's fragrance and was so excited to give it a whiff. I went online, saw that it was available in-store and hurried over to the boutique. The gentleman who greeted me was quick to share how amazing and summery it is. Unfortunately, that's where the excitement ended. I was told there was no tester to try prior to purchase. He didn't take my name to call when it arrived, didn't offer to open a bottle since I'd come specifically for this one scent. Just stood there telling me how "lovely" it is. Sorry, Loewe.
