Things have been changing and not for the better.

We’re in hurricane season and the water that collects in the garages is ridiculous. We’re left with large puddles of water for weeks, it’s stinks, & brings a lot of mosquitos. switch the way we get access to the garage, once it rains the stickers don’t scan!

The building use to smell very clean with a nice air freshener when you enter the building and elevator—not any more

No AC in our building for months, smells like molde, something isn’t right. This needs to be fixed asap! The humidifier in the hallway do nothing! Especially when you have only one not centrally located.

Please hire someone on the maintenance team that speaks English!!!! It’s very frustrating trying to get maintenance done and no one speaks English.

Get it together, rent keeps going up and property management has been dropping the ball. Michelle needs an assistant or something she can’t manage it all by herself! Her and Paul were a great team and you could always speak to someone...

I've lived at Miami Bay waterfront midtown for a while now and I must say I do love living here! I lived all over Miami whenever I first moved here about five years ago! never felt like home until I moved here! I love all the amenities that this property has I never have to leave! the gym is amazing, my view is amazing, they have steam room and sauna, storage units! Park right next door for the pups I actually feel safe because there's a front gate and 24/7 security! always clean! the pool is beyond amazing with the view of the bay! The management staff on property are the sweetest people and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for...

Just taking out the time to wright a review I used to live in #402 for two years and it was the most happiest time of my life because everything & everyone including staff would make you feel like family & the vibes of the complex is nothing less then paradise. I was forced to move due to having a larger family and needed I larger place in 1-1-19 . Just wanting to say thank you to all of the owners and staff of Miami bay apartments and will always call that place home ! - trust me moving to Miami bay apartments will change your life!
