Stone Island Miami — Local services in Miami

Went here when the opened. Good store. Better than NYC store I thought. Just went back. Had me wait outside for 20 min with pretty much no one in the store. They let 2 guys out finally and guy tells me hold on one minute. Offers no apology for the wait and clearly it’s no big deal to him. Wait another few minutes as they continue with more important matters I suppose.

I spend thousands in the store. So much for their commission. Terrible service employees need better training.

I’ll just get their stuff online for 20-40% off like I usually do. It’s just nice to shop sometimes but I guess not with these guys.
