Using the facilities is difficult, at the gym some personal trainer interrupting all over the place with her client, if you would like to relax at the pool, it remain close on the best hours, they do not even have official pool hours. The pool is only open from sunrise to sunset, mean whenever their employees pleases so. The apartments have very bad lighting, the baths is not possible to lock for privacy as the hook of the Woden sliding door is damaged. No floor hidden, therefore quite cold, no water pressure in the shower, on top of that after the quite high rate there is an amenity fee of 59 usd per night + 58 usd for parking which adds 120 usd per night to the already overpriced booking. This place is perfect if you’re looking for the comfort of a home without the hassle of an Airbnb. Combined with the proximity to Kaseya Center and Bayside Marketplace, our 5 night stay to see Madonna for 2 shows couldn’t have been better. We even got to watch her arrival to the venue from our balcony! Staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was a breeze, and with our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom layout, all 6 people staying had plenty of personal space as well as the ability to hang out together.
