Good parking spot but without a doubt on July 4 the surcharge they put on the value of the hours was excessive compared to the price they normally charge and that leaves a lot to think about parking there another time. The regular price for staying for 3-4 hours is 15 dollars and that day we were with my family for 4 hours and they charged 80 dollars, which is why I do not recommend this parking lot at all.

I'm gone give this a 3 because the man that was out there directing the parking, acted like he rode the short bus. He was extremely rude and he didn't want to show us about downloading the app to pay. Why do yall hire people that have there panties in a bunch, he doesn't need to be there.

Decent parking garage. There are entrances/exits on Port/Miamarina and 4th Street. Solid option for parking for Bayside or American airlines arena. You take a ticket on entry and can pay via the kiosks when or can pay via phone.

Convenient parking Garage next to Bayside Marketplace There are several places to park in the area. There is street parking but this multi-story parking garage is located between the Arena and Bayfront park adjacent to Bayside Marketplace. It was easy to get to and there were plenty of space available on the day that I visited for an event in the area. There are many places that are not well lit and walking paths are not very clearly marked. Prices may be a little high but you are in Miami. Paying and checkout is automatic. You get a printed ticket as you enter an scan it as you are leaving. We paid with a credit card and it was very fast and easy. It is the worst parking lot, be careful. The charge US$ 10 per hour. We stayed at Bayside for 40 minutes, looking for one of the machines to pay. None of them were working. When we got to the exit ( one hour and 5 minutes) the guy charged us 20 dollars. We were trying to explain that we took the time looking for a good payment machine and he didn't listen to us. Everyone was paying more money, too. We called security and the said that we they couldn't do anything about it. They said we should call the police. No one helped us. Awful awful. Someone took ticket from my lane because thier ticket wasn't working. Gate was up. Wouldn't give me another ticket. Had to proceed in. Cars honking behind me. Tried to walk up and get ticket but Wouldn't give me one because I wasn't in a car. Had to leave car in parking garage and go on harbor cruise. Don't know what to do when I get back to my car.
