This is a great place to find a variety of goods for any common household. You can purchase everything from clothes, furniture, books, shoes, dvd's, etc. with quality and the comfort of knowing you are contributing to a worthwhile cause. Most of the proceeds from sales help individuals that are residing in the Salvation Army's treatment & rehabilitation program. As long as you take your time searching, you can discover some absolute bargains on some high end clothing articles. Here's a tidbit from me : go shopping on Thursday & Saturday and the clothing items are 50% off! The staff is great and is willing to go the extra distance to make sure you are satisfied. Whenever you are in Wynwood, make sure to stop by. Tell them Jay sent you. Great deals! JE.

They have an area for bracelets and necklaces, at 2$ a piece and some are so cute. Store is fairly well organized and the prices are good. My husband picked out pants for work (they get messed up fast since he works as a cook) some t-shirts, the total was $14!!! We did go on a Wednesday, I do believe they have a special on that day. They also have a ton of books, if you are a book lover like me. Staff is friendly. As any consignment shop, you need time to browse if you are looking for a unique item or brand name clothes at a fraction of the cost. I got a leather purse, brand new, with all the tags still on for a few bucks. The picture shows just two of the 4 bracelets I got. Go check it out.

Good size store, I wanted this knife but they had a price of 199.00 on sale for 150.00. So some things are a little high. I would have bought it for 100.00 for my grandson. But oh well.

90 NW 23 Street Miami Fl 33127 For this Wednesday I spent about $1000.00 in about 4 trips to my car, my last items were Neck Ties and scarf.

The store does not have sufficient shopping carts so I make sure to bring my own empty bag to carry my items while I shop the small items.

When I am done buying I normally sit in the store to sort out and count the items and to make sure these are the items I want, and I also get on the phone using messenger with my partner so she can help me to review the items.

I was telling my partner that was a man talking so loud I could not hear what she was saying, then this man comes up to me and begins to accuse of of attempting to steal his merchandise, that I should have checked in my bag, he did not understand that the bag was my shopping bag. I have done this at this store for a very long time.

He then said he is the supervisor.

I was sitting counting and checking the quality plus showing my partner what I was buying, he did not realize we were having a phone video conference and began yelling.

He had just had another verbal nasty with another client.

The workers in this store are all loud and ill mannered this is not the first time.

There was this other cashier who insulted a lady a few weeks ago, seems like he did not work there any-more.

I think they talk like that in the jail cell, this is how inmates communicate with each other in the lockup.

There is this Latino man who has said many times he lost his lunch money, I heard him say this at least three times on as many visits.

Then the African American older dude who hits on all the women who come in his space.

The supervisor told me he was the supervisor. I guess this is his 15 minutes of fame here, but I did not come to steal I am a shopper. I asked him for a price onm a book, he said he looked it uip and the price was $30.00, he will give it to me for $20.00, how then will I resell it for a profit?

I did not buy the book.

In the end I emptied out all of the Ties I wanted to purchase, and left the store.

If you go to this store do not pay full price for the big stuff, offer less than half.

The workers are all pigs and that speaks to the management.

The supervisor said he will call the police for me if I did not leave the store.

I left. And did not buy...

The worst experience of my life! Was trying to Donate a leather couch bed, weight sets, complete bedroom set with high boy, several area rugs, and appliances....And the pickup driver stated they only pickup items that are in excellent condition because it has to be resold in their showroom, what gives! Am I donating my items to Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue or Bloomingdales !? If my items were in excellent condition, I would not want to donate them at all. Beggars should not be choosers. Their noses are too high for a donation organization. Disastrous, unruly and ridiculous organization!

REPLY TO THE OWNER:

People who are in need or dependent on others should be grateful for whatever they are given and not be picky.

People who depend on the generosity of others should be in no position to dictate what others give them.

By the way, the items I was donating were coming from a Large Estate. They were not soiled, ripped or broken. It's just that Salvation Army is tediously picky and wants goods that are absolutely brand new to sell at outstanding prices. Thank you for your response and your time as well. And, God Bless You!

Manager or whoever is in charge of pricing and cashiering has the NASTIEST attitude when confronted about prices being the same as brand new and in store. I was interested in purchasing one of their zara DONATED sweaters and he had the audacity to tell me I had to pay full price unless I found something wrong with it. Seriously charging full price for a donated item!?!? Get your head out of the gutter, and hire a new manager and staff who actually want to help the community instead of robbing them for money and profit. This is a DONATION AND SECOND HAD STORE. They should prioritize cleaning the store and getting rid of it’s musty smell and deeply cleaning the carpet instead of raising the prices to be the same as in store. After reading other comments where others have complained about the same thing it’s surprising to see they haven’t hired new people. Stick to the one on bird road, manager and staff are the sweetest, plus store cleanliness is...
