We stayed in the Yotelpad for one night and it is a very modern and well-decorated place. It gets 4 stars because eventhough this is a high tech spot I feel when you go to a hotel, you need human interaction during check in and there were so many geusts checking in, they appeared under staffed. They were understaffed. I will say the staff was very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment style room with 3 TVs but only the 1 in the LR was connected to satellite. The other 2 needed chromecast to work which needs to be downloaded to your phone or laptop. This was a waste of 2 TVs, none of us (5) could get this to work. Maintenance for YotelPad was clueless and the front desk person scratched his head, and said its designed to work that way even though it doesn't work. So basically the TVs are there for decoration. I understand this is a business and they try to make money but the TV situation was very poor for a 2-bedroom spot with 3 TVs. Overall everything else was nice, i would stay again, the view from the room overlooked the city, very nice at night. The beds folded away during the day and you pull them out at night. Very good use of space, very modern.

The room I was given was nothing like what I expected or what was advertised. It consisted of two pull-out beds from the wall, something I never would have booked had it been made clear in the listing. I notified the front desk immediately, but they said no other rooms were available. When we returned from a concert around 11:30 p.m., we discovered stains on the pillows and blankets, along with small curly hairs. The sheets underneath were visibly dirty. I called the front desk twice with no answer, even though staff were present. I had to go downstairs in person, and they said someone would bring fresh linens. Meanwhile, my kids and I had to sit on the floor, exhausted, waiting for help that never came. After more than half an hour with no response, I went downstairs again, requested a refund, booked a room elsewhere, and left around 12:30 or 1:00 a.m. The hotel looks nothing like the photos online. Do not stay here. To make matters worse, I was charged over $400, more than what a four-star Marriott would cost. The only reason I booked this place was due to misleading advertising. I am requesting a full refund.

I really enjoyed the one week stay here. I booked the Yotelpad and it was definitely worth every penny. LOCATION: Excellent! Short walk to Bayside. Several eateries and easy to locate by uber drivers. Not far from supermarkets. Very safe neighborhood. BREAKFAST: Food great each morning. I never tried their lunch/dinner though. Breakfast usually from 7am till 11am. Breakfast staff friendly, very professional, and highly efficient. AMENITIES: Really really good gym with clean towels provided. Quality gym equipment. Decent-sized swimming pool (deepest = 5ft) with a side hot water spa. Elevators always clean and very well coordinated with the card system. Vela sky worth a visit. STAFF: All friendly. Highly professional. Every single one of them. Well organized place: Kudos to the manager. ROOM: I was in room 2304 (yotelpad). Very spacious, beautiful views, balcony, nice kitchen, clean washroom etc etc. RECOMMEND? Of course! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again each time I visit Miami.

I give this hotel 2 stars only because the front desk and bar staff are relatively friendly and helpful. As far as the Yotel Pad 2 bedroom goes...disappointed is an understatement.

The room clearly had not been cleaned recently, it was full of IKEA-esque furnishings, the carpets and floors were filthy with visible debris of all sorts, the white walls are stained and scratched almost everywhere you look, there is no microwave (as advertised), the oven smells like something crawled in and died, there are strange odors everywhere, and the hallway carpet on the 25th floor looks like it has never been shampooed...and it desperately needs to be.

Additionally, there are no live people answering the guest services line, only an automated IVR that hangs up when you request a representative. The elevators are also a little more complicated than necessary. Long story shorter, if you have a hotel budget of $800 for 2 nights, your money will be better spent anywhere else. I booked the Yotel pad for 2 nights but checked out after the first night because it was not worth the cost or headache…they had the audacity to charge me $412 for the night yet did not send anyone to clean the room upon my request and offered no accommodations for the the disgust and inconveniences I dealt with.

I checked out after one night and ended up going to the Hilton Garden Inn Dolphin Mall for the remainder of my stay. The accommodations here are exceptional, the rooms and amenities are stellar, and it is half the price of the Yotal Pad. If you are simply looking for shelter, the Yotel may work for you. However, if you are looking for cleanliness, quality, and standards…avoid this place...

Unfortunately, we did not have a great stay at YotePAD Miami.|- Our room was not ready when we arrived at about 4:30 PM, despite previous communications stating our room would be ready by 3PM. When we arrived, we were made to wait for our room without being given a reason. Due to the time of our arrival, the room should have been ready by 3PM.|- When our room was finally ready, we entered our room to be surprised by a maintenance man walking out of the bedroom area towards the kitchen phone. He then proceeded to continue working on the phone for about five to ten minutes. The gentleman did not say a word or apologize for being in our room when we entered. It was quite a surprise to have a stranger in the room that was supposedly ready for us. After he left, the phone was still inoperative.|- The last problem we had, and the most frustrating for us, was the room layout. We were expecting to have a room with a bed, and a murphy bed in the living room area. Needless to say, there was no murphy bed, but instead just a futon in the living room. There weren't even linens or pillows for the futon; we had to ask for them. The futon was not anything anyone could sleep on. The futon was so worn and saggy that when we tried to sleep on it, all you could feel were the frame bars without any cushioning (see pics). This was completely unacceptable as we were not able to sleep on it at all. For a family of four to be forced to sleep on a queen/king bed was unacceptable. ||All this to say, be ready for...
