We had an AMAZING experience with Mia Jet Ski Rental. From the moment of booking to the actual rental, the communication was quick, and all the necessary information was provided to us before our arrival, which was really helpful. They even helped us find a parking spot within walking distance to the marina. A+ service! If you’re curious to learn more, here’s a more detailed account:

Upon arrival at the marina, we met with Darwin, who was very kind and welcoming to us. We embarked on a boat, and he drove us to the riding zone. When the time to ride the jet skis arrived, he explained everything we needed to know about how the jet skis worked, and 2 minutes later, we were on the jet skis in the water!

The jet skis are very nice and in good condition. We felt truly free on the water, and the riding zone is spacious, so we could explore the bay without feeling restricted. What we particularly liked is the freedom he gave us while on the jet skis. He, of course, explained the basics of safety, but we didn’t feel as if we were limited compared to other rental companies, and the jet skis are not speed-restricted. Once we were on the water, the feeling was incredible!

I honestly 100% recommend this company if you’re looking to rent a jet ski in Miami. There are so many companies to choose from, and it can be very overwhelming, but the experience we had with them is top-notch, and they should be your number 1 choice. The price was fair for the amount of time we got to ride the jet ski. However, the reason this place is getting a one star is because the people running the business are unprofessional. The owner did not explain the rules correctly considering we were riding for the first time. This resulted in us getting into an accident while getting off the jet ski and onto the boat. This was unforeseeable on our part and completely avoidable on theirs if we were taught and explained how to park while getting off. Not only this but the maneuvering of the jet skis and instructions were ran through. The owner was rude and unprofessional in the way he responded saying theres no rules to explain and its “common sense”. This is bad customer service and language to use for paying customers. We were charged $150 for the damages. The money isn’t an issue but the whole experience was shadowed by the extremely bad customer service and...

I had an incredible time renting jet skis from Mia Jet Ski Rental in Miami! Our host, Darwin Ramirez, was fantastic very helpful, friendly, professionally knowledgeable, understanding, and accommodating to our need, making sure we felt safe and confident before heading out on the water.

One of the things that really set this place apart was that kids ages 14 and up can drive their own jet ski something I couldn’t find anywhere else in Miami! I was so excited when I saw this on their website, and it made our family outing extra special. My Boys had a blast.
