I had never heard of this place, but a friend of mine recommended that I try it. She warned me that my meal would be about $15, but then it was totally worth it. She was right! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the front door, and parking was a breeze since there's a huge lot right outside. You can order at a touch screen. There's so many choices and I didn't feel rushed or pressured while taking my time. Looking through what I wanted to put into my meal. You can start with a base of salad or a base of noodles and I decided to try the noodles. My favorite addition was absolutely the candied pecans!!! You just don't see that everywhere, and I thought it was a great touch. I was getting this order to go, and it was ready in just a couple of minutes in a bag and boxed in the cutest little Chinese takeout carton. I got home, opened it up and was so pleasantly surprised by the smell and the taste of it. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying another meal with a salad base. They also sent me a text confirmation with a little joke when I put my order in and then another text confirmation with the answer when I received my order. After I got home I also received a $3 coupon as a discount for my next meal. I was super impressed with this place, and will absolutely go back and try other items...
Read moreI put in a mobile order which was ready at 2:10. I got there around 2:11 and waited around for a while until a lady with short hair and tattoos called my name. I ran up to her but she had already walked away to do something else. When she returned I asked her about my order and she yelled something at me. I couldn’t hear her and so she repeated herself, very harshly, “your last name!” I told her my last name and she grabbed my bag, slammed it down, and said “yeah here, been calling your name three times”. Before I left to pick up my order, my elderly mother had an accident on the floor, I then had to load my toddler into his car seat and pick up the food. I am a single mother who works in customer service for 48 hours a week. We all have a story to tell, and I could have used some kindness today, instead of the harsh tone of speech and petty comments from what appears to be a manager. After spending 45 dollars on take out, I’ve come to the conclusion that you couldn’t pay me enough money to ever eat at another honeygrow location ever again. I hope you guys do better. My comments might not change anything, but at the very least I’ve learned how important customer service truly is and I will use this story as motivation for the team I couch and develop at my place of employmen, And That...

At this point, I’ve ordered from this location probably a couple dozen times. I’m not at the point where I would boycott them or anything. But I’ve been disappointed enough times that I find myself going less and less.
When your business is charging $20 for a salad, your customer ought to be able to expect a consistent, high quality product. Unfortunately, this is seemingly too much to ask. I’ve come home without salad dressing, with avocado missing or under ripened to the point of being inedible, without egg, with bacon that’s basically 100% fat. The bread is stale about half the time. And since everything is a la carte, you get to pay for all these issues.
2 days ago, my salad was missing chicken. Fortunately I now know better and rip the salad apart to check for missing ingredients BEFORE leaving. Because any problem I’ve ever reported through their feedback system after the fact has been met with basically “oops!”
I had high hopes when Honeygrow came to town and would love to be a more regular customer. Unfortunately they just don’t do a good enough job to justify more than an...
