Terrible employees! They donât know the store policy and they have terrible customers service. I asked for a price adjustment 5 days after I Purchased a lot of things on semiannual sale . The girls at the register refused to do it . The price adjustment policy states : within 14 days of purchase , customers will be able to request a one time in-store price adjustment . Customers may present their original receipt to receive a price adjustment. When I made original purchase the salesperson confirmed that itâs 14 days price adjustment. I told this to employees when I returned and also the fact they I did the price adjustment in the past . They just made it up that the price adjustment policy changed to 7 days and I need to bring the merchandise back . I told that they never required the merchandise back for price adjustment but they wouldnât listen. Next day I called the manager of the store who was surprised that the girls asked for all merchandise back . She said they were supposed to do the adjustment with the receipt only. So I told her to inform her employees. And she agreed. But when I came back three hours later again with the receipt, the same story happened. The employees were not aware of this policy and refused to do it . Iâve been a customer of that particular location for 15 years. Iâve never seen this before. Very disappointed! I will definitely report this store to a general district manager and customer service. They have to educate their staff more about their store policy. I wouldnât recommend this...

I bought 2 of the pink t shirt bras and washed them on a delicate cycle and hung then to dry before wearing them for the first time. where the straps connected to the cups and band, the fabric was fraying on both bras. that should not happen to something thatâs brand new and never been worn. they told me twice that I could only exchange and I would lose my coupon, but that they couldnât refund me âbecause I washed themâ even though I still had the receipts and all the tags. I wouldnât have washed them or even bought them if I had known they would have fallen apart. when I was referred to call store relations customer service, they told me this store was wrong and would guide the associates there through a return if they wouldnât do it for me themselves. the girl who helped me reluctantly did the return but wouldnât look at me or speak to me the whole time. terrible quality products and terrible customer service, I...
   Read moreI have shopped at Vs and Pink since i was 16 and im 45 yrs old now. I have never had an issue finding cute bras and underwear or even leggings and sweatshirts. Now when u go in everything is skin colored or maybe a couple light pastels. Nothing is cute. There are no more pretty date front close bras or cute bralettes. I don't want to even go in anymore. I had no problem finding a bunch of stuff to spend money on every time i went passed it and stopped in. What happened? Everything has to be gender neutral? Why? Girls like the cute prints and the cute colors and Don't guys like to be different and individual? I cant believe that they ruined their line like this. Its absolutely crazy to me.
