Burlington — Local services in Midwest City

If I could put 0 stars I would I love here in Midwest city I go to this store my hole life and my lil girl and I whent shopping just the other day and she is a big girl ok my baby is plus size and we’re working on the Weight and just trying to help her and she is 7 years old and we go girl plus size and………WOW THANKS A LOT BURLINTON GREAT JOB………..Not well the had 2-3 things and guess what there so ugly my girl was happy kids bullied her at park trying to help her she seen the cloths she started to cry and say mama why this side don’t have the pretty pink cloths wow my heart fell for my daughter I take her to junior cloths she hated it not her she cried more she ran out the store she came home and ran in her room my heart hurts for my baby girl so much I can barely even do this review from tears falling my eyes….ladies you have a pulse size baby DO NOT BEING THEM HERE PLEASE DON’T I no it’s hard cloths there size they want more money so you would think places like this could help you ou some how no IT MAD IT WORST...

I was at Burlington’s a few days ago and their customer service was terrible. I stood in line for over 10 minutes along with 5 other customers. After waiting for over 8 minutes, I asked if someone else could check us out since the associate Mary was taking her time to check us out. She took her time scanning the items. It took her over 8 minutes to check out two people who had about 10 items to checkout. While the other associate was putting hangers on the rack. I asked her if she could check, she said no! That she was “trying to get her work done!” So, I asked for the manager; after waiting a few more minutes unfortunately, the manager never apppeared, after being paged. I left along with several others who were also frustrated. What happened to customer service? Is this what is to be expected at Burlington’s? You should check your camera’s at the register. It was almost like they are trying to run customers off. If so, it worked, I left and doubt I will return if this is the new...

I would highly encourage anybody and everybody to not shop here. We were trying to shop peacefully, but the entire store workers and management were constantly watching over us making accusations of telling the entire store to watch the cameras in the areas we were in I understand watching during this time of the year, but maybe they could be a little more discreet about it, and make sure that the people that are shopping are actually doing something wrong! I felt highly uncomfortable after these incidents with them, put my stuff down and left did not feel like I could shop peacefully. Store management was very, very unprofessional!!!! Also, management FYI if your team doesn’t know your zones, maybe you all need to have a safety class! I would not even rate a star for this store, but Google makes me too so I can...
