Absolutely DO NOT eat here. Horrible customer service. This place has the most ridiculous customer service that I have ever experienced. They do not stand behind their product, they do not honor their customers, or even seem to care if they return as a customer, they will lie straight to your face about the ingredients in the food in order to just complete that sell - even after you have specifically stated, dietary restrictions, and allergies. When the food had to be discarded, their customer service was called several times that night, which was a Saturday. There is absolutely NO option to speak with a live person when calling them. The Chick-fil-A manager decided to wait for whole days before returning a complaint call. The manager is so invested in this company that she completely disregard the customers issues complaints and concerns. Apparently the manager has better things to do with her time and address issues with her staff and Store. The company as a whole, will not refund your money even on their mistake. Do you know what they offer? They offered to send you coupons for the exact order that they messed up so they can mess it up again when you bring that coupon back to them, because it's also only valid in their specific store. The manager did say the only way to actually get a refund is to bring in the receipt and all of the food. But again that's a manager waited 4 days to call the customer back about the concern.
Manager Tianna Would you hold onto old and rotting fast food for four days? Where should I have stored it on my countertop?
And the district manager, apparently he is so spineless he refuses to deal with customers. Seems like he also made his way to the top on screwing people over. I recommend you dont waste your time and money at this place. Don't support a company who doesn't give to pennies about you.
Wow! What wonderful customer service. So glad this place is in business. never to return again, honestly this interaction was so terrible. I may never eat at any Chick-fil-A again.
I realize that I am only one customer in millions, and my review, and my not returning probably will not make a difference even to this one store. But in my almost 40 years, I have never had such terrible customer service or seen a company who absolutely refuses to treat the customer...
Read moreI submitted a Mobile order at 4:30pm and didn’t have my food until 20 mins after I arrive. I walked out of the store around 5:25pm and even then they had some of the order wrong. I felt lied to, and was highly agitated by my whole experience. I have never had a bad experience at cfa other than this. To start, my mother had ordered $32 worth of food on the cfa app. My mother and I had discussed about me picking it up on my way home from work. So I walk in and tell the front lady that I have a Mobile order under my mothers name. She goes and checks the screen in the back and tells me that “they are working on it” so naturally I move over to the area where everyone waits for their food at. 5 mins go by and others who ordered at the counter for carry out are getting their food, I think nothing of it as I was told “they are working on it”. 7-8 mins go by and a worker comes to ask if I’ve been helped, i said yes. Another 2-3 mins go by and another lady asks if Ive been helped, this time I explain to her that someone said they were working on it. I show her my screenshot of the order receipt and she comes back and says that the order needs to be confirmed on the app. I then request for them to go ahead and make the order as I get it confirmed by calling my mother and getting it confirmed. They say they can’t see my order which I know is a lie because I used to work at a cfa. Also if they had wanted to help me out they would’ve asked to see the receipt again, instead, after we had already purchased the food they instruct me to do something rather than giving me good customer service. Read moreOrdered an UNSWEET tea, was given a SWEET tea. Went back through the line to get the correct item and realized they hadn't included the hash rounds in my order either. Got to the window for the ice tea and all the employees had terrible attitudes, which surprised me for Chick Fil A. They denied I had ordered the "combo", to which I disagreed.
Asked to speak to a manager and the "store manager" came to the window. He's flippant attitude was a stark contrast to what Chick Fil A proports to have their employees (especially management) behave so I asked who their District Manager or Regional Manager was, and was told this is a franchise location, so they didn't have any other managers besides the store manager. When I asked who I would lodge a complaint with, I was told to call corporate. To which I asked how corporate was "over" them if they were a "franchise". He had no response. I left.
I've been disappointed with service at this restaurant before, but never actually complained until this morning. The other Chick Fil A in town is not as convenient but I will be taking my business to them IF I decide to ever return to Chick Fil A.
This restaurant simply isn't up to Chick Fil A's "high" standards. Their attitude is what upset me this morning, but their staff and management don't seem to be in line with the chain's "gold standard". If I could give a score lower than one star I would.
