They used to have a five, but now I downgraded them because of what they've done. The happy hourIt's no longer half price drinks from 2 to 4, now it's by 1 get 1 free. I don't need 2 drinks. I watched 7 people in front of me. 5 of them bought single drinks and got charged over $4. Where it used to be just over $2 I used to go to Once before. They showed up, fell in love with their tea and would stop and get one after work. Well, I hate to say it. I'm back to on q now. I don't want to spend over $4 for a drink. When it's $2 at Once, not quite the same, but good enough. And sometimes now Sonic for there Happy Hour only $1,79 for a 44oz drink, Come on now HTeaO do what's right and take care of your customers Don't price gouge them, that's not right. You might think I'm complaining about a couple of dollars 💸 but that's $14 a week or $56 dollars 💸 💵 💲 a month not counting a year, every thing keeps going up but our wages, now if I kept coming to your store after work. Every day it would be a $112 a month.1har $1,456 a Year🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
To the owner, you asked me to reply, I believe I put a lot of information in my review, now if we wait to see if your customers agree or disagree with me.That should give us the answer, yes, you do offer a lot of great flavors and choices. But it shouldn't come at that high of a price.this Is how I feel, especially when other places can offer the same size drink at 30% to 50% less. I'm not asking you to mark your drinks down to half price. 24 hours a day. But when you offer specials at different times for the day that encourages people to come your way and bring friends to let them try it. And I have done that with numerous friends and family, it's not that hard for me to spend less then $5 to treat to friends and then add myself so I'm looking at around $7+ rather than $13+++,and some of my friends have mention to me where they got off, work with me and went by to grab A Tea ohh. My God prices have gone up because they were buying 1 Tea. I'm more than willing to become a loyal customer again. But my wages have not kept up with the cost of living. So I have to watch what I spend and...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru today and purchased multiple drinks. Inside the store, there is a sign that says lemon is complimentary and does not mention anything about a limit on how many containers you are allowed to use in your drink. Yesterday, I went into the store, bought a huge iced water, put 3 containers of lemon into the water, and was not charged for it. Today, however, I was told that I could only get one container of lemon free, later amended to one container per drink. When I asked for clarification from the manager, the manager told me that this was their policy and that when I was in the store yesterday, the cashier should have just GUESSED the amount of lemon in my glass and charged me based upon the estimate. Even though I was frustrated, I decided to pay and let it go. Then, when I pulled over in the parking lot to put the lemon I had asked for in my drinks, I looked at my receipt and saw that I was charged $3.00 for the lemons. I received 6 containers of lemons and purchased 4 drinks, which by the policy I was told by the manager means that I should have received four free containers and paid $1.00 for the rest. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind paying for the lemons even HALF as much if they had a sign posted saying that there was a limit on the lemons! I know that they charge for their other fruits and for mint and have happily paid it in the past for my drinks time to time. I love HTeaO’s drinks, but this combined with other customer service issues in the past is making me start to think twice about...
Read moreEdit from 1st review: My wife asked me to try it again so we did and it was a completely different experience. Kudos for getting it together. I will give them a couple more stars for this turnaround.
Was excited to check this place out. The service was horrible. The dark haired kid behind the counter whispered so I had to lean over the counter to hear him and he never spoke up. I ordered an Americana coffee and he couldn't find it on the computer. He asked a co-worker who came over and assisted him and then she made it for me. He said something (I still couldn't hear him) and made this waving away motion. I asked, What? He whispered again and I looked around to see some people behind me so I moved. I got my coffee and my wife her tea and when I tried my coffee in the car, it wasn't hot and had milk in it. My wife was surprised I was so frustrated because I'm very forgiving of service but this place was horrible on this day. It looked chaotic in the back so maybe it was a bunch if newbies running the place but whatever it was, it lost my...
