Terrible customer service. I've been to many Hobby Lobby locations, the cashier Grace & the manager (older/middle aged female with dark hair, bun, stands at the front of the store lurking back & forth) have by far provided the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I'm not sure what's wrong here in MWC, Ok, but I think they need to take some serious notes from Norman, Moore & South OKC.
I also believe this manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had to make a SECOND trip up here to return an item that SHOULD have been 50% off - after we had to determine what did & didn't qualify. The staring was uncalled for. I didnt raise my voice to your employee I simply requested a refund for an item your cashier GRACE should have rang up correctly to begin with - since she had to ask about every item to know what was & wasn't on sale.
Even your delivery of "No this doesn't qualify" was terrible and rude. I'm floored. For the company you both work for & represent, WOW. I won't be returning, not to worry. But I cannot believe there is such a DRASTIC CHANGE in service over here.
BEWARE. But the store was clean! I can give credit when it's due.
I'll be sure to send a note to the corporate office as well. If this is how you act on a Tuesday evening, unfortunately I'm sure I'm not the only customer you all have treated this way at THIS LOCATION. But maybe one of the few that WILL take a moment to report...
Read moreOkay so I guess Midwest City is not like the best city around but that's no reason for employees of retail chains such as Hobby Lobby to treat their customers in such a way that it makes you feel suspicious or something so Becca b e k a h was a completely irritated and had a bad attitude very passive aggressive if anything I was already having not the greatest day and going into Hobby Lobby and this little woman acting like I'm doing something with her tags is completely disgusting and some people should be ashamed of themselves to how they go to work or how they act at work people especially people that pay their bills because they shop at Hobby Lobby anyway that's all and I don't character reading this thinking I'm wrong for saying this I don't feel like I am stupid stuff that clearly she could tell was Marked wrong or was tagged wrong I'm not really sure all I know I was very uncomfortable and did not like her attitude just rub me the wrong way and I'll never go back to that Hobby Lobby again I might stay away from Hobby Lobby's all together for a while whatever the issue it could have been handled a lot easier than with a bunch of attitude and five or six other employees...
Read moreI give hobby lobby a one star because of the way they treated me as a loyal employee. The way they run their corporate office is a disgrace to true professionals. They hire and promote based on physical beauty and popularity, not on actual knowledge or work related skills!
I only support them if I need art supplies for my kids school projects. Their products are cheap. The "Christian" values the Green family say they use to run their company are cheap...easy to show appearances, but hard to adhere by.
I know this review means nothing to them, but people should know the businesses they support.
As for this store experience, they never have enough cashiers. Everytime I come in its a 15-20 minute wait to go through the line. They have several registers but only one or two are used...for both sales and refunds which makes the wait longer.
I needed help finding a certain item. The associate my daughter asked for help seemed to be bothered and reluctantly showed her...
