Do not play on weekends. The lawn care must be on strike because my back yard has grass shorter than these greens, let alone the fairways. It took us an hour to play the first 2 holes. The starter was a grouchy racist and sexist old man who had nothing nice to say about anyone after they tee’d off and were out of ear shot. He split 4 somes into 2 groups further slowing play. The slow pace of play is usually expected with weekend warrior golfers, but we waited 30 minutes to tee off on the 3rd hole as 4 different groups (not different players, GROUPS mind you) were all on the same hole. After we tee’d off, the group behind us hit into us and we were close and lucky as 2 different drives landed near us. This may be the worst course in Ohio right now, stay away if you want anything resembling...

Nice little 9 hole course for what it costs to play. If you come after a decent rain, prepare yourself for plenty of standing water (though new drains they just put in on 1 and 9 are working fantastically) because this course is on a flood plane. Very little if any elevation change and greens are in pretty good shape, though some of the slowest I've played on in the city. This course will make you think where to place the ball as many holes have large mature trees guarding the greens, so depending on where the pin is that day, you can lock yourself out if you end up on wrong side of the fairway. Because it's cheaper to play, come early if you want to get out before the first time golfers or newbies make it out. Can't rent anything past 630 even on summer nights when you could play until almost 930. Ranger at the starter is impatient and grumpy. If you go during the day, you will have to dodge the numerous landscapers mowing the property that could be done when people aren't paying to play. You would think with that many landscapers the grounds would be better. I give it a 2 out of 5. If there were closer courses I would play...
